Zur Veranstaltung:
What is the purpose of the museum? How do we work together as a team? And how do I demonstrate success? One tool that can help answer these questions is a functioning mission statement. Many museums have a mission statement lying at the bottom of an unopened drawer. Not surprisingly, many people think this is the place where it should stay! In this workshop we will examine how organisations actively use a mission statement to organise their working processes and to review their exhibitions and activities.
